Home Remedies and Nutrition for Body Pain and Tiredness

Body pain and tiredness is a very common complaint in people nowadays .Body pain and fatigue have many causes, such as: Overuse of muscle, illness, lack of sleep or rest, injuries,Vitamin deficiency and Sleep deprivation etc.Body pain can be categorized into two type – Acute body pain and chronic body pain

Acute pain occurs suddenly due to the illness and injury or surgery if acute pain left untreated it can be transformed into chronic pain.

Chronic pain can last for a long time or it can prevail from months to years.While medications can provide temporary relief and overuse of painkillers can cause unwanted side effects in the body, such as stomach upset, nausea etc.

Massage- Massage therapy is a good option for body pain and for fatigue also ,massage  relaxes tissues that reduces painful cramps and compression. Using a balm or a pain-relieving oil for massaging can be beneficial in body pain .

Heat therapy- Heat increases the blood flow in the applied area which is useful for reducing the joints and muscle stiffness and cramps, So whenever you are experiencing body pain or stiffness in muscles, try out a heat therapy. 

Soaking in warm Saltwater- Sea salt is high in magnesium, which helps to enhance muscle relaxation and helps to regulate muscle contractions and nerve function which leads to a feeling of relief from pains. Dipping or soaking the painful area of the body in salt water can be beneficial in body ache.

Turmeric for pain – Turmeric is a common spice which contains curcumin which has the property of pain reducing, ,caused by a wide number of conditions .You can have turmeric in recipes or you can have golden milk that is made by adding some turmeric into the warm milk and add some black pepper also which is also a very good for body pain with turmeric.

Ginger Tea- Ginger is a very effective pain reliever which contains salicylates that ease body pain and fatigue, so drinking ginger tea can be very beneficial in relieving the pain,stress and fatigue. Ginger tea is very easy to make. Just add two tablespoons of grated ginger in boiling water, strain it and drink it slowly.

Nutritions that can help you to prevent body pain and fatigue –

Tart cherry juice- Tart cherry juice has antioxidant and inflammatory properties  which help you in body pain .The inflammatory property of tart cherries can help in osteoarthritis. It contains melatonin and tryptophan that helps in the aid of sleep and reduces fatigue .

Coffee- Coffee contains caffeine which can help to reduce tiredness of the body temporarily.Contains caffeine in the coffee blocks adenosine from working on cells of the brain ,that prevents you from feeling sleepy. Drinking one cup of coffee in the morning can make you more alert and awake.

Banana- Banana contains potassium ,magnesium ,calcium ,vitamins and minerals.potassium helps in muscle building and in cramps.Not getting enough potassium can make you feel tired.Magnesium helps in muscle relaxing, calcium helps in cramps,minerals and vitamins provides energy to the body. 

Egg- Eggs are rich in protein and other essential amino acids like leucine which helps in muscle recovery and protein helps in fatigue. Additionally eggs are a good source of healthy fats which the body converts to it in energy for use.

Nuts and seeds – Nuts and seeds are a good source of healthy fat, protein, fibres , vitamins and minerals, which provides you energy and beat fatigue.Almonds,hazelnuts,almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pecans nuts which contain magnesium which helps to repair muscle.Chia seeds are high in omega-3s which provides enough of an energy and keep away from fatigue. 

Drink Water- When you drink less water, you may feel more tired and weaker than usual. Drinking enough water, and eating plenty of hydrating foods like soups, fruit,juice and vegetables can keep you energised.

Leafy greens-Spinach, chard, kale, collards and broccoli etc are great sources of nutrients .They also contain high levels of iron,fibre ,magnesium, calcium and potassium. Which boosts your energy level. 

Body pain and chronic tiredness can often be treated effectively at home with these remedies,by adopting healthy and nutritious eating  and using  home remedies you can enhance your energy level and can prevent you from tiredness effectively.
